About Cape Ann TV
Cape Ann TV is the non-profit, tax-exempt organization that provides public access television for the City of Gloucester, and the Towns of Essex, Manchester-By-The-Sea and Rockport, MA.

We are a Public Access station, often called "PEG Access". PEG stands for the three types of programming we provide:

Public free exchange of information and ideas that reflect the talents, skills, interests, concerns and diversity of the Cape Ann community
Educational our schools
Government municipal and town meetings, public hearings, boards and commissions

Ch. 12 & Ch. 67 Programming is made by the community, for the community:

Our facility offers a three-camera studio, portable field equipment, and editing suites with a choice of systems: Final Cut Express, iMovie, Casablanca, and Avid. Membership and training are pre-requisites for equipment and facility use.   more info
